  Christian was by far one of the best people in customer service I’ve ever had the pleasure to be helped by. He was friendly, accommodating, non-judgmental, and an overall delight. He maintained a professional persona the entire time, but was a ‘real person’. He is a superb example of the kind of team member any company should desire and make a model for their training examples.
  
  In addition, the bedroom suites were spacious and very comfortable for our family. There was a great outdoor seating area just outside our room. The hot springs were incredible and every family member from infants to great grandparents enjoyed it very much. Continental breakfast was convenient, fast, and had a number of options.
